What we collect
When you apply for the beta we collect your name, email address, the Instagram handle you ask us to analyse, its follower range and the optional note you add about what you want help with. To produce the read we collect public information from that account's profile and posts (counts of likes and comments, post dates, captions and public comments) and public web pages about it.
What we don't collect
We never ask for Instagram passwords or account access, and we don't read private profiles or messages.
How we use it
Only to review your application, deliver and improve your read, and contact you about your application. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it is processed
Applications are forwarded to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Analysis runs on our own machines and uses an AI model provider to process the public information above. If you ask for an online copy, your finished report (handle, display name, headline numbers and the four documents) is published at an unguessable link on our dashboard site. Anyone with the link can view it; ask us and we will revoke it.
How long we keep it
We keep application details and reports for as long as needed to run the beta and deliver your read, and delete them within 30 days of a deletion request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by replying to any email from us. If you own an analysed account and did not request the analysis, contact us and we will delete the report.
